Get the gnocci or the eggplant parmasean! If you can, sit outside in the back. Great food and the owner is awesome!

We came to Unionville for the first time with my family to take my girlfriend's dad somewhere nice. Since he likes Italian food we just walked in to La Grotta. I was greeted by Frank the owner. He is such a warm hearted person and jokster. We had an amazing and REAL unique experience. We spent 2 hours and a bit. Frank and his son served us. Both funny and very chatty. The food was delicious on top of everything. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone!
