Masi and his team helped me out of a huge jam and saved the day! When I was told by another Toronto franchise owner that it was impossible to meet the same day service guarantee, he pulled through. Phenomenal customer service and most deserving of your business. Get him on the phone and explain what you need and he will do everything in his power to make it happen.

Customer service here is on a whole new level. They didn't have the chocolate centre piece so they custom made one at no extra cost.
