Often cannot understand what they are saying through the drive thru speakers. They talk amongst themselves in tamil and make fun of customers (they don't know I can understand tamil). Good for quick coffees but for anything like a meal or sandwich they've missed putting ingredients in. For example: I ordered a bacon and egg wrap and they forgot the bacon. They need better staff that is polite and courteous.

Been to this location twice now. Both times the service has been super quick but they messed up my second order. Will give them another try.
