  I work nearby and go quite often. The service here is friendly more often than not. The only problem is they spend too much time talking to each other while not making your order... Lineup is long and seating is usually occupied (it's connected to a Chapters). Better luck ordering ahead through the app or go to a standalone Starbucks.

  Used to be a great friendly place, but now they're blasting music REALLY loud to get rid of customers who don't buy much and linger. They lie about "not being able to control the music", so take the hint and leave. I definitely won't return. They say it's "a cafe" but it's unacceptably loud, I was a regular customer and never heard them blast music like this... until I became a regular customer. Never coming again.

  Great location right off hwy 404, the usual that all Starbucks have to offer. Good coffee, cakes and snacks could be better!
