  Cleanliness is a problem at this location, partly because it caters to school kids - the staff need to be more agile in cleaning up after them. Also, ever since self-serve counters were introduced, the number of orders increased exponentially, and unfortunately so did the wait time for your food. And due to the pressure, the order comes out messed up e.g. I've had a chicken wrap with the chicken placed OUTSIDE the wrap. I've started avoiding this location whenever I can.

  It was a damp and rainy thursday mourning on the 22nd of June 2017 in Ontario Canada at the McDonald's across the street from our hotel. Where me and my family were hungry and more importantly thirsty. While in line we saw some interesting characters in the vicinity of the restaurant while we ordered our food and drinks. Everything was fine except for my drink. I asked for some ice water but instead of getting an ICE COLD water I get HOT water just listen HOT I asked for COLD...ICE COLD water and not only did they give me the opposite of what I wanted they charged me a WHOLE TWENTY FIVE let me say again in case you were not paying attention TWENTY FIVE WHOLE CENTS and the only reason why I gave them the extra star is because they got everything else right and the restaurant was clean but I am for sure NEVER coming back to this McDonald's to eat and especially not to drink some cold water.
