  The guy in the back making my buffet (Roy) drops the bun on the floor and picks it up while watching all this unfold and places the bun back on the burger which was then packed and served to me. Completely disgusting and health Canada needs to revaluate them. Told the evening manager which was a young gentlemen roughly the age of 21and didn't care about any words coming out of my mouth. Standards are not being met. Incident occurred June 14af approximately 10:30-11:00pm. This location head needs to view the camera footage from the kitchen to validate this claim. Evening manager needs to also be demoted because of the way he handled the situation. Name goes something like an...

  Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited in the drive thru lane for 20 minutes as they had blocked one lane... ice cream machines broken. (Maybe an idiot should have put up a sign so I wasn't stuck in line for another 15 minutes.) Got my other order completely wrong which caused me an allergic reaction. Found hair in my burger. Didn't give a straw for a drink. Honestly, why is this location even open? Horrible, uneducated and rude staff. Can't imagine how pathetic the manager is!

  We always get what we order without any trouble and the food is good. Specifically their icecream is amazing.
