  We ordered a cake on June 15, Thursday. But the staff put the wrong date as Wednesday. So we got a not fresh cake and the letters on the cake were blurry, but the staff insisted that was a fresh one. And we put the clear requirement on the order sheet: The letters do the icing written instead just print, but the staff didn't check the requirement the final result was not what we want. I told the customer service and left phone number,but never get the feedback from manager , which the customer service said I should get later (Thursday).

  Great customer service. I always shop at this location with fresh options.I also like to share my own experience i have had here with the store manager Reno. I work at a local business and they dont allow me to heat certain foods ( its ridiculous ) in the lunch room i decided to come to Reno and ask him if i am allowed to do this occasionally and he had no problem with this at all Thank you for my go to grocery store in Markham.
