  Always a good idea to check best before date on items. Most of the time it's fine. Large and varied selection from vitamins, dry goods, produce, etc. Vitamins are well priced by comparison to other stores.

  Good prices on a good selection of supplements. Fresh vegetables and fruits are more expensive here than at other health food stores and markets. Parking lot is small, too tight, and often congested to the point of stopping all incoming and outgoing traffic. If you aren't careful you can easily get stuck in the middle of it.

  Fresh produce, great price and helpful staff. A bit out of the way and parking can be challenging since the establishment is located on top of an awkward hill. Parking and hastle is worth it.
