  Worst All stars location iv'e ever visited! as soon as me and my boys waked in a gentlemen was going to sit us at a table but then he was interrupted by the woman that served us that night, that's not the point thoe. This was the most grumpiest waitress i've ever seen, she gave us a straight face the whole time, managed to mess one of our orders up and not even receive our wings we had to ask someone else where our stuff was, we then got the wings that weren't given to us 20 minutes after waiting almost 40 minutes. Here's the best part! Time to pay, we all decided to not Tip cus of here attitude so she had the audacity to ask us if we weren't happy the way she served us is to why she got no tip, of course we weren't happy she messed our order up and gave attitude. And she was the only waitress taking the 6 tables that had people. Worst location ever, never going back.

  Service was great thanks to our waitress (forgot her name, but she was this cute, short, South Asian girl). She was fantastic at recommending flavours, explaining them and taking the time to go over menu's, so I really appreciated that. The food, however, wasn't the greatest. I can honestly say that Wild Wings does a better job at dressing their wings with ample sauce, unlike this location. I found their gar par seasoning on one of the flavours to be powdered so it lost its creamy effect for me here. This place seems like it gets packed during prime time game hours, so best to make a reservation ahead of time. Atmosphere is decent, although it is pretty dimly lit for the most part.

  I don't know who decided to let only one waiter serve the whole restaurant during the lunch rush hour. As a result, the order was late by about one hour (my friends' orders as I cancelled mine). After 45 minutes, the waiter came to me and told me an ingredient is missing in your order, is that OK? of course not. I am ordering this order for that ingredient (it was pineapple in a burger). When I told her I will cancel my order, she didn't even apologized or offered something else. She looked upset and told me we have big table and a huge take away order that was taking too much time. She really looked stressed and cannot handle all guests. Again, not her fault. It is that person who decided that one waiter can handle 6-7 tables plus take away orders plus people at the bar at one time. Never again!

  Definite go to place for wings in Markham. Never disappointed with the wings, the size and quality of the wings. Wings came out hot and juicy. Service is friendly. Two thumbs up
